Your Appointment

As a new client, your first session with me will run 90-100 minutes.

Follow up appointments for returning clients will last 60-75 minutes.

Due to the nature of my work I schedule longer appointments than is typical in order to allow plenty of time to reach and work within the deeper realms of understanding and healing.  

New Clients

New patients, please call my office to schedule your first appointment.  Alternately, you can fill out the form below and we will contact you within 48 hours to schedule your first appointment.  *Please note that submitting personal information via this website or via email is not HIPAA protected.

Meet me before jumping in

You can book a complimentary 15 minute visit to meet me - either in person or by phone.  Please call my office or submit the following form to book your free consultation.  I will contact you to confirm your appointment.

Return Clients

Returning patients please call, email, or message me in Charm to schedule your appointments. 

TeleHealth Sessions

I offer telehealth sessions to anyone anywhere in the state of Oregon!  Please contact my office directly to schedule telehealth appointments and to receive instructions on how we will connect the day of your appointment.  Telehealth sessions are held over a HIPAA compliant video platform either Zoom or Doxy.me. 

Cash Pay

Clients are expected to pay for their visits at the time of service. An invoice will be sent to you by email the morning of your appointment for you to pay online. Any additional services like labs or products will be invoiced as needed. Please contact me for current rates or if you have questions.

Insurance?

As of April 1, 2026 I will no longer be in-network with any insurance plans and therefore will be unable to submit bills on your behalf. A superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network coverage will be provided to you upon request as a courtesy.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we ask that you kindly give us at least a full 24 hours notice.  A fee will be assessed for appointments missed or cancelled without a 24 hour notice. Thank you for your understanding. If you miss your appointment due to an emergency, please speak with office staff or Dr. Julie directly.
